Founder and Chief Rockstar
Will Humphreys is a serial entrepreneur, healthcare provider, sought-after speaker, and author with a passion for helping others unlock freedom and success. A serious mountain accident at 17 led him into physical therapy, where he spent over 15 years growing his private practice before selling it. He knows what it costs to run one: the cash flow decisions that keep you up, the hiring cycles that break rhythm, the admin work that pulls you away from patients and your team. He sold that practice and built Rockstar because the market was missing something essential: a service built by someone who's been in your shoes, not from the outside looking in. Today, Will works directly with practice owners to solve the problems he lived through.
Chief Operating Officer
Tanya owns the entire customer journey from the moment you first consider Rockstar through the day-to-day partnership. She oversees the brand, the strategy, the systems, and the people. A cross-functional leader with deep expertise across the revenue engine, she identifies high-impact operational gaps and architects go-to-market strategies that drive retention, expansion, and profitable growth. Her success is deeply rooted in her passion for the customer experience and solving real problems.
Vice President of Growth
Tone is the first person you meet when you talk to Rockstar, and that's intentional. She built the discovery process that determines whether you're actually ready for a VA and whether Rockstar is the right fit for your practice. Before anything else happens, she assesses the real situation, builds trust, and makes sure the partnership starts from honesty, not hype. Every Rockstar partner has worked with Tone from day one. She's responsible for bringing in practices that are set up to win and making sure the foundation is solid enough to scale on. When you work with Rockstar, you're not starting with a sales rep. You're starting with someone who has already decided you're worth investing in.
Vice President of Operations
Kayla owns everything that keeps Rockstar running for you: payroll and benefits, compliance, VA management, partner relationships, and recruiting. Before operations, she built the entire talent acquisition process at Rockstar from the ground up. She spent years in healthcare recruiting and worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer, which means she understands both the clinical world and the operational one. Whether you're ready to grow your VA team or need support with the one you already have, Kayla will make sure it's handled with care and urgency.

Proceeds from each partner placement support typhoon relief in the Philippines and fund the Care for Life programs in Africa, helping orphanages in Kenya and Mozambique. We’re also launching the Kalinga Relief Project in the Philippines to provide aid and opportunity to communities in need.

The Virtual Assistant Academy is a training program designed to supercharge the effectiveness of every virtual assistant. Through structured onboarding, mentorship, AI and skills training, and specialized knowledge in outpatient therapy workflows, VAs gain the tools and confidence to excel in their roles. Employees of our partner practices receive free access to the Academy, including direct guidance from Will for leadership development, ensuring they grow professionally while helping practices thrive. This approach creates highly skilled, prepared assistants and meaningful career pathways that change lives both locally and globally.

Meet Will Humphreys. Husband, dad, and entrepreneur changing lives on both sides of the world.
Will Humphreys didn’t just choose healthcare; he was thrown into it at 17, after a life-changing 50-ft fall left him bedridden with both arms and both legs broken in multiple places. (1/5)
During his recovery, a physical therapist brought light and hope into the darkest chapter of his life, teaching him how movement could restore both the body and spirit.
This lesson would go on to shape the rest of his life. After high school, Will served a 2-year mission to Guatemala. Another powerful turning point, this experience gave Will a global awareness of people’s needs, and he fell in love with doing everything he could to help others. (2/5)
Years later, he became a physical therapist, opened his first clinic, and eventually expanded to five practices.
Although the businesses were thriving, he learned firsthand the emotional and financial pressures of running a practice. Burnout. Missing family. Fighting to stay afloat while still trying to serve patients well. His journey building, almost losing, and eventually selling his practices convinced him that the greatest difference-maker isn’t equipment or buildings, it’s the team you build. (3/5)
