Rockstar Global Rolls Out a Free Profit Leak Calculator for PT, OT, and SLP Practice Owners

Rockstar Global has launched the Profit Leak Calculator, a free online tool that helps physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology practice owners estimate how much operational work is costing them each year.

How it works

The calculator walks through four areas of operational cost, then shows your total. Each step displays its own annual impact as you fill it in.

Owner Time. You enter your annual income goal as an owner and the hours you spend on admin each week. The calculator estimates the owner-level value going to inboxes, scheduling, billing, and insurance.

Leader Time. This step looks at the admin hours your practice leaders spend outside their core roles.

Front Desk. This step estimates what missed calls and front desk workload cost your practice.

Verification. This step covers the time and cost tied to insurance verification work.

A running total at the top of the page shows your estimated annual leak, calculated across 48 work weeks. The math updates live, and every input can be edited at any point.
