Rockstar Global Hosts Virtual Year-End Party Honoring Filipino Virtual Assistants

Phoenix, Arizona – Rockstar Global hosted its virtual year-end party to celebrate its Filipino Virtual Assistants. The event drew record-breaking attendance on Google Meet, reaching more than 150 attendees live during the program.

The virtual celebration centered on recognition, community, growth, and progress. The agenda included core value awards, interactive games with cash prizes, leadership updates, and a raffle featuring work-from-home upgrades.

Core Value Award Winners

Rockstar Global recognized five Q4 Core Value Winners. Each winner received a bonus on their next paycheck.

Courage. Nelky Quinapondan Nelky showed exceptional resilience by continuing to support her client with professionalism and positivity despite a major earthquake, severe typhoons, and personal challenges. Her consistency and strength kept operations running smoothly and inspired her team.

Empathy. Cheska Lopez Cheska works closely with patients during intake, showing deep care and understanding for individuals with disabilities and their caregivers. Her active listening and compassion make a meaningful difference in patient experience.

Teamwork. Trisha Aligway Trisha supports her clinic seamlessly behind the scenes. Her efficiency and reliability are so strong that patients recognize her as part of the internal team, with business cards provided as a key point of contact.

Fun. Arvin Lazaro Arvin brings energy and positivity to the team every day. His upbeat attitude, collaboration, and clear communication make work enjoyable while ensuring tasks are completed with care and accuracy.

Trust. Vanessa Melendres Vanessa has become a central part of her clinic’s operations. She streamlines workflows, solves problems proactively, and supports clinicians so they can focus on patient care. Her consistency and ownership have earned deep trust across the organization.

Games and Cash Prizes

Attendees joined live games, including scavenger hunt challenges, song and movie guessing, trivia, and “two truths and a lie.” Winners earned cash prizes, with options to take a guaranteed amount or spin a prize wheel for a chance to win more.

Message from Will Humphreys

Will Humphreys, Chief Rockstar of Rockstar Global, shared a message focused on purpose and impact. He emphasized that Rockstar Global exists to build and strengthen families across the globe, and reminded the team that their work changes lives for both clients and families at home.

He also shared the company’s long-term vision to grow the team from about 250 Rockstars to 4,444 Rockstars, while continuing to invest in people development and mission-driven initiatives.
