From Job Seeker to Clinic Lifeline
Chai was actively searching for opportunities as a Medical or Healthcare Virtual Assistant when she crossed paths with Rockstar Global. After being contacted by one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists, Andre, she went through a seamless and encouraging hiring process: from sending her resume and voice recording to participating in both panel and client interviews. A few days later, she received the message that changed everything… she was hired.
Her Role & Daily Impact
Chai serves as the lifeline of her client’s front desk operations. Her day starts with logging into clinic tools like What PT and WelcomeWare, where she checks patients in and out, manages schedules, and handles all inbound and outbound calls. When no one is physically at the front desk, she steps in remotely to ensure every patient receives the same warm, professional experience. Chai also verifies insurance benefits, organizes intake sheets for patient signatures, and calls patients to confirm or remind them of appointments.
Balancing Work and Family
As a single mother of two, one of whom has ADHD and ASD, Chai takes immense pride in providing for her family. She’s also the breadwinner for her household, supporting her mother and younger siblings, two of whom are still studying. Despite the rising costs of living, her role at Rockstar Global has given her the financial stability and confidence to create a better life for her family.
